When are the actual details of the 2018-2025 international RL program (including WC and Fed Cup qualification processes) ever going to be released ????

Keep in mind, in regards to Asia, Thailand and Philippines might not be too far off eligibility for participation in tournaments and qualifiers.

Like I said earlier, I'd group Africa and Asia to give them more reasonable competition.

Calendar conundrum
Delegates and officials from all over the rugby league world will meet in Liverpool this weekend. Their mission? To create an international calendar for the next four to eight years. Decisions will be made if we have another Four Nations in 2018, or whether a Confederations Cup-style tournament takes place. A mid-season Test window for games, like they do now in the NRL, would be nice.

Don't expect 3N or 4N to continue

Due to it being a non RLIF product

Just interested to see what they come up with

2017 RLWC (semi finalists automatically qualify for next time round)
2018 Kangaroo Tour Europe, NZ play Pacific teams at home
2019 Intercontinental Championship
2020 World Cup Qualifiers + big those qualified already play in a four nations or split 3 match series (i.e. NZ v Australia/England v Fiji or whatever)
2021 RLWC
2022 England tour Australia, NZ tour Pacific nations
2023 Intercontinental Championship
2024 World Cup Qualifiers + World Cup Qualifiers + big those qualified already play in a four nations or split 3 match series (i.e. NZ v Australia/England v Fiji or whatever)

As far as the IC Championship

I'd make it a seaded knockout tournament, top two ranked in each hemisphere, plus an automatic qualification for host (must be a developing nation) and then a 2-1 split based on which hemisphere is hosting.

Maybe just have the 8 teams who make the playoff stages of the World Cup 3 teams from pool a and b and the winner of pool c and d this way there is no doubt they deserve there spot in the tournament for example it could be

Australia
England
Lebenon
NZ
Samoa
Tonga
Wales
Fiji
