You just need to become mates with someone with one.

I often wonder how they pick the people to get one. The company that runs the ratings is owned by channel 10 and 7. You can't volunteer to get one... they find you. Somehow.

My fiancee's family used to have one under the old system. You would sign up and be rewarded with 'points' which you could redeem with prizes/gifts.

I think the new system sounds dodge myself.
