Rosicky won't go anywhere. AW has always been a big fan of his. Have to remeber he's had an injury plagued season. Once he gets fully fit he'll show his best. Maybe the next coming off season he'll get it all right.

Give him another rest now, doesn't he have some muscle condition?

He is more of a central midfielder anyway, always plays his best from the centre or slight fringes.

Suspended for Wigan game at Emirates.

Was sitting on 4 yellows. Copped a booking in the final 10 minutes for dragging a guy back by the arm right in front of the ref. He was smiling after it, knew what he was doing :D

Get it out of the way before a busy December fixture list and much tougher games then Wigan at home.

RVP is expected to play. Am not sure if Wenger will through him into the mix that quickly but.

Also Denilson and Diaby IMO are lead candidates for CM.

RVP play some role in a game at home to Wigan if he's fine. Got 3 road trips after that, so AW will want to get him up and running ASAP.

Yeah, Denno or Abou will slot in for Cesc.

England midfielder David Beckham has been offered the chance to train with Premier League side Arsenal during the Major League Soccer close season, The Times newspaper reported on Wednesday.
Beckham will line out with England in Friday's international friendly against Austria in Vienna, and next Wednesday's crucial UEFA EURO 2008 qualifier against Croatia.
The 32-year-old Beckham's fate, like that of England coach Steve McClaren depends heavily on the result between Russia and Israel in the EURO 2008 qualifying tie in Tel Aviv on Saturday night.
Victory for Russia will probably end McClaren's tenure and with it Beckham's international career.
If Russia fail to win and England beat Croatia at Wembley next week, Beckham would expect to be involved at EURO 2008 and he has received offers from Watford, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal - all based near his Hertfordshire home - to train during the Major League Soccer close season, which lasts until February.
Los Angeles Galaxy's Beckham, who has 97 caps, is just three games short of becoming just the fifth Englishman to reach a century.

BECKHAM TO JOIN UP WITH ARSENAL?

David Beckham is to be offered the opportunity to train with Arsenal over the winter if England qualify for Euro 2008, according to reports.

With the MLS taking a winter break and Beckham requiring extensive work to regain his match fitness after missing the end of the American season due to a long-standing ankle injury, the midfielder could spend as much as three months training at Arsenal's Hertfordshire base.

That, though, is dependent on England qualifying for next summer's tournament.

The Times reports that 'If Russia fail to win and England beat Croatia at Wembley next week, Beckham would expect to be involved at Euro 2008 and he has received offers from Watford, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal - all based near his Hertfordshire home - to train during the Major League Soccer close season, which lasts until February.'

Beckham is said to have a good relationship with Arsene Wenger and is believed to favour training with the Gunners.

Diaby: I might leave said:
Midfielder Abou Diaby has said that he might have to leave the Emirates Stadium in order to gain first team action.

The Frenchman had dropped further down the pecking order due to a inspirational season from fellow countryman Mathieu Flamini.

The 21-year-old has often been likened to former Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira, but has had to bide his time to break into the first team.

Diaby said: "This time I have not been called up by France and I do not play that much for Arsenal. I need playing time.

"I thought that I would continue (to play) after I scored (against Derby), but it did not happen.

"I remain patient and do not give up because I know that my chance will come.

"Arsenal's team is doing well so I have to show patience and it will be unlocked then. I do not regret my choices. Those things happen.

"The situation is like this today - but it can change tomorrow.

"The players that are on the pitch are not automatically better than those who are on the bench, but they do their job very well.

"I am not playing, but I do not think that it will last until the end of the season.

"The season is long so I do not plan a move yet. Maybe later if it continues, but not in January."

He has the game to be a big star. I hope we don't lose him.

Hlen not in line for new contract yet said:
Initial reports of winger Alexander Hleb opening negotiations with Arsenal over a new contract have been wide of the mark, according to the player's agent Uli Ferber.

The Belarus international has been in good form this season, and it was thought that the board were keen to tie down his services beyond his current agreement.

Ferber said: "Alex has a contract with Arsenal untill 2010.

"There were no talks yet and there is at the moment no need yet."

Arsenal want Benjani said:
It's all newspaper rumour and gossip, of course - but is Portsmouth's super striker heading for the Emirates? Juventus, Manchester City, Newcastle, Chelsea and Barcelona also feature in this news bulletin.
'Owen wanting to leave St James Park has led to the inevitable talk of a possible return to his first love. What would Liverpool fans make of such a comeback?' Portsmouth’s in-form striker Benjani is becoming a sought-after property - a remarkable turnaround in fortunes after his atrocious strike record prior to hitting the goal trail this term. Among those believed to be interested in the 29-year-old Zimbabwean (real name Benjamin Mwaruwari) are Arsenal and Juventus (Daily Star).

Apparently, Harry Redknapp is loathe to lose the man who cost a club record £4.1m in January 2006. But considering the sides showing an interest, he may find keeping hold of his top scorer an impossible task. Whilst Arsenal are scoring goals for fun they could probably do with another striker in the bag to cover any injury crisis and the possible departure of Nicklas Bendtner. And if the valuation was fair, then it could be a wise move for Arsene Wenger.

Newcastle’s perennially injured England striker Michael Owen is apparently not all that keen on new Toon boss Sam Allardyce and would be all for a move in the January transfer window (Daily Express). Even with his well-documented injury problems, at the right price (£15m has been reported) the 27-year-old would be a good buy and Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester City have all apparently been showing an interest

Juande Ramos is keen to stamp his own brand on the White Hart Lane outfit and has obviously been linked with players from his former club Sevilla - but apparently he is also a fan of the former Anfield legend. Talking of which, news of Owen wanting to leave St James Park has led to the inevitable talk of a possible return to his first love. What would Liverpool fans make of such a comeback?

Fernando Torres has made a good start to his Reds career, but Peter Crouch seems unhappy and may well be on his way out, and Dirk Kuyt hasn’t been a big hit even though Rafa Benitez continues to stick with the Dutchman. Andriy Voronin has greatly impressed me but looks destined to be a squad player, so maybe there is space for the diminutive Owen back where he belongs?

Chelsea’s much-admired keeper Petr Cech has claimed he would be tempted by the prospect of a move to Spanish giants Barcelona (various). I was sure that Avram Grant would fail, but he has impressed me as Jose Mourinho’s successor. The key, though, is have the players accepted him? Will there be a mass exodus from Stamford Bridge next summer?

If so, then Cech is one of the club's most prized possessions - probably the best keeper in the world, in fact. You can only imagine how much the Czech stopper would cost Barca. If Craig Gordon cost £9m, then that would make the two-time Premier League winner worth at least £20m. I would have thought tht keeping Cech is as important to Chelsea as keeping Messrs Terry, Lampard and Drogba - if not even more important.

West Ham defender Anton Ferdinand has admitted to throwing the first punch in a confrontation outside a nightclub (various). The talented 22-year-old told police he feared the man he hit was a "would-be thief" and may have been armed.

The mixture of high-profile players and nightclubs tends to end in problems that are not always of the footballer’s making. One could question the wisdom of going out wearing a £64,000 watch, but let’s just hope this is all cleared up sooner rather than later and Ferdinand gets his mind back to playing football. What do West Ham fans think about the whole affair?

The transfer rumours rumble on - but how many of the moves will actually happen? Chelsea, Sevilla, AC Milan and Dinamo Zagreb also feature in this news bulletin of newspaper gossip.
'It seems far more likely Kaka will move to La Liga if he leaves the Champions League holders' It has emerged that following chaotic events in Serie A this weekend Brazilian superstar Kaka is edging nearer a move to the Premier League - and Arsenal are apparently edging Chelsea for his signature (Gazzetta dello Sport).

Both London clubs are ready to pounce after Kaka admitted to considering his future at AC Milan. The Brazilian has been shocked by the recent crowd violence in Italy and warned fans: "If you continue with such violence, I could leave Italy. My wife and parents often come to the stadiums to see me play and I am concerned for the safety of my family."

The scenes that followed the tragic shooting of a young Lazio fan have been shocking, to say that least, and it could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Kaka has been in terrific form in recent weeks but has been fairly open in his glowing thoughts of the Premier League, and especially with Arsene Wenger’s in-form Gunners side.

Will he come to the Emirates or Stamford Bridge? My heart says yes as he is the most exciting player on the planet right now, but it seems far more likely he will move to La Liga if he leaves the Champions League holders.

Big Sam Allardyce has joined the race for Sevilla winger Diego Capel. The Newcastle boss joins a raft of other sides including Arsenal and Tottenham in a fight for the 19-year-old’s signature (DiarioSport).

Spanish Under-20 talent Capel apparently has a £7million buyout clause and Sevilla are anxious to open talks about a new deal. But the youngster may find the lure of the Premier League too much to resist. Be warned, though, Arsenal fans - he has been dubbed the new Jose Antonio Reyes in some circles!

Much-vaunted Croat Luka Modric appears set to be the subject of a £15m bid from Chelsea (various).
Croatian tabloids say Avram Grant’s side are willing to pay that figure for the midfield dynamo and Dinamo Zagreb are weighing up whether to cash in on their star man in the January market.

Modric is a player that many Arsenal fans had hoped would be joining them after being a Wenger target for many months. However, it now appears that the Frenchman has cooled his interest somewhat, not least because he is already blessed with an array of talent - and may feel that the fee being bandied about could be better spent on a keeper.

It won't happen but it's nice to see us linked with some stars.

I don't want Diaby to leave.

Get rid of Gilberto instead. He is good for nothing except helping Denno cruise along.

Modric - Would suit our game perfectly IMO. Best player in the Croatian national team without a doubt!

Benjani - Only if Bendnter leaves.

Kaka - It's Kaka! I mean come on! But I'm not fussed. Would he suit our style of play? I don't know.

Capel - I'd take him in a second but would prefer Jesus Navas tbh.

Another rumour is a loan trade deal with Gilberto going to Inter for Adriano. Like at the start of the season, it probably won't happen.
