She is 20 now and is 190cm tall.

They don't. You put on wieght, your boobs get bigger. You lose wieght, they get smaller.

I lost weight, quite a bit of it actually and they did not shrink, it just bothers me that one is noticeably (well by me) bigger than the other, I joke that one is D and the other is DD

My friend recently put on a bit of weight (well a lot) and went from a D to an E. I laugh at her now cause i'm actually smaller than her. (i used to get a lot of crap for my bust size from her)
