Losing a parent is hard on a person, really all you can do is offer them your support if they need it, as for what to say I'm really not sure.

I just wish there was something i could do.
This is the most awesome guy and he loves his dad so much. And i can't even be there to help cause he lives so far away. I don't think i have ever felt so upset for someone before. I just want to help or do something. I feel so sorry for him.
