Have to sell our house up here first which is the big problem, market has slowed down terribly all over brisneyland and we are struggling to sell.....soon as we do we will start building on our block in Shellharbour, rent up here till it's finished and then off we go was actually tempted to rent down the Gold Coast just so we can look back and say we once upon a time lived on the GC
