Ok Dani, I promise this is the last time I'll do this :lol:
This morning, I weighed 67.2kg (yes, that means overnight I lost 1.6kgs)
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, glass of brekky juice
Lunch: Chicken schnitzel and salad kebab, with mayo (salad consisted of lettuce, tomato, carrot, beetroot, onion, and cheese). Drink was orange and mango mineral water
Dinner: decent piece of homemade lasange, with salad on the side. Can of sprite to wash it down.
Last ate about an hour ago. Just weighed in at 67.8kg
