well....yeah i know lol...i was so good till i got asked if i wanted to go out....once i start drinking i need fattie food....so today i aint eating :)

No smilie face. Not eating is a stupid way to lose weight, it dosen't work. Your body still needs energy, this is, after all, the reason we eat food.

If you over consume that means you do more exercise, not no eating. I also thought I said that drinking wasn't good for losing weight either?

Not impressed crazy :p

my partner is a nagger....why don't you drink, you use to drink you never drink, were out at a pub i don't wanna drink by myself...get the picture :p

yeah well im not really hungry yet anyways....i had breakfast at midnight crackers with philly :)

Ok, so you don't want to lose weight then. Sorry, I thought you did.

Honestly, I don't really care, it has no implication on me, it's just kinda strange how I give you all this information on how to sort out your diet etc. yet you give me a barrage of excuses for why you can't follow those rules. Something tells me you really aren't that dedicated. Like i've said before, this isn't really something you can do half-arsed. Perhaps you need to think about what is or isn't important.

Since October when this IBS got real bad i haven't been able to drink alcohol or eat wheat, so that's a lot of carbs right there, i've lost 8kg.

Yeah, just got to be careful with low carb diets eh. They generally work well in the short term as the body adjusts to using fats for energy instead of carbs, but once you start putting the carbs back into the mix it all comes back.

Good if you're a body builder needing to lose some bodyfat before a comp, not so good if you want to maintain a low bodyfat in the long term.

That being said alcohol is 7 calories per gram or something. It's all empty calories, it has no nutritional value and so just gets stored as fat if that is how your body is inclined to work. I'm convinced that a lot of people aged over 18 with body weight problems have them due to what I call "too much party" syndrome. ie heaps of pub food, drinking etc. etc. with little or no exercise.

I just sent out the partner to get all the types of foods you discussed with me, because since i stopped going to the gym i have put on 10 kgs :x

Marti...just because i went out once in 9 mths.....it does not mean im not serious....:x

yeah well tbh...we don't food in the house till partner gets home...so its very difficult when you only have vita wheats and philly cheese which i especially went to get...
