Southern style chicken I cooked up last night, not as good as KFC but my chicken has no greasy fat in it corn, baby carrots cooked in honey and rice with sweet chilli sauce!

It is yummo newtown, my other fav way to have chicken is cajun chicken...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I wish they had the Popeyes Chicken chain over here, I lived on that in the southern states of the US what you having today newtown, It's Friday.....maybe a liquid lunch is in order ;-)

I am proud of myself for resisting the temptation to have a 'McLunch" today!

I had a sandwich with avocado, bbq chicken, baked roma tomotoes, chargrilled capsicum, coral lettuce, cheese and mayo. It was meant to have asparagus spears on it but I got mine without.
