Cooked a whole bunch of chicken thighs on the charcoal bbq last night with just salt and garlic on them and they are yummo, have 'em with roast spuds, corn kernels and a lettuce and avocado salad in lemon juice

Well, its about half an hour away from when i'll head downstairs and grab lunch. My assignment will be as complete as it is now. I've saved the word document and i'm thinking how to start.


I might have a Cookie Time cookie for lunch, and see what else is there. Coffee as well.

I did oven baked Hoki fillets in butter with garlic, lemon juice and salt on top and sliced onions and a sprinkle of oregano.....cooked in the oven for 10 mins and it was so tender it melted in your mouth...is on a bed of jasmine rice!
