While we all bitch fit amongst ourselves here, it is a least comforting to see we all get together and defend our club on the NRL forum http://forums.leagueunlimited.com/viewtopic.php?t=23185

Kinda gives you that warm fuzzy feeling when we can all sing from the same songsheet for a change.

And if you have just discovered that Parra fans will band together to defend their club, which is what we are doing when we call for Brian Smith to be sacked then you have bigger problems than we thought!

It is Misty, Move on. Lift your head up. And start SUPPORTING your club instead of BAGGING them. There not going to get any better with us harping on how shit they are. We have to dig deep, Support our club. And HOPE that they turn it around and become a force.

The Issue is maybe Misty and some of us have very different views on defending the club.

I would like if I may to bring up a time line of sorts.

Let’s say, Misty and others in the Anti-Smith lobby got their dream and Smith Has a press conference today to announce his immediate resignation from the club for a weak heart.

Within days, Dennis Fitzgerald names that Alan Wilson is head coach for the rest of the year with evaluation after that.
The money from Smith’s contract comes back to the club allowing them to put a very lucrative offer in front of Noel Cleal.

June 30 Parramatta have not won a game since April, the following players announce they will sign with Parramatta, Scott Donald, Daniel Heckenberg, (any eel that has gone to manly), Plus A Press Release from Jamie Lyon says he will return to be with his Mate Crusher at Parramatta 2005.

July 30, Parramatta have won one game against the Warriors in NZ,

August 30, Parramatta's only wins have come from games against NZ.

Finals Series happens.

Parramatta Still can't win, Misty calls for the Sacking of Dennis and new head coach Jason Taylor. Or that Parramatta wont play well until the entire smith influence is gone, meaning that Vella, Cayless, Hindmarsh, Burt, and Wagon (if the haven’t left earlier because of the coach change clause in their contacts) to sign on at the Warriors where Smith has replaced his protégée, Daniel Anderson.

2006, Warriors win Premiership, Parramatta is clean of all Smith Influence, New Head coach, Noel Cleal leads the eels to a 5-19 year that Misty is thrilled about :mrgreen:

I don't see that as protecting our great club but Misty be is supporting the club in the best manner he knows.

Thats right Misty - "play the ball, not hte man"......thats your motto isn't it? - or is it only your motto for others to follow and not yourslef?

I make a perfectly innocent post saying its nice to see everyone who fights with eachother here banding together against abuse from other clubs and you take aim at me. :roll:
