Bounced on the line, very close, but in the end a great call.

Two great goals in an otherwise bad game.

Apparently Sydney FC had sprinklers on BEFORE the game?? WTF. Fury were slipping all over the place and unable to use their speed and footwork and it got worse when the rain came down.

Good start to the season Sydney

Hey 3 points ahead of your mob after playing 5 games away from home and in the middle of a pretty hard road trip which sees the Fury playing three games without even getting back to their own beds.

On top of that is the fact that we can't use our full roster, are a team made up of people wanting to get a chance thrown together last minte, don't have a marquee player like sh*tney nor a youth team to call upon.

We got two of our best players back this week who have just played 3 matches in Vietnam. If we cna escape home with another point against the Mariners then we set up for a good run for the rest of the season.

If that pitch was dry tonight Fury would have ran rings around Sydney, good to see them try and skew things by watering the pitch heavily before the match to turn it slippery.

0 wins.

Sydney played on Sunday afternoon.

Brosque, McFlynn, Carle, Grant, Antonis, Gan and Danning have all missed games through either injury or NT call up. Round one was the only game we weren't missing players.

Try and skew things! LOL. Considering the poor standard of the pitch, Sydney waters the pitch LIGHTLY to help with ball movement. Something that teams do all over the world.
