I wonder who's going to light the powder keg first in the Sydney derby. There aren't that many fiery players in either side like there was in the first Melbourne derbies with Colosimo and Muscat.

I'd have said Bosschart but he won't be playing. Emmo, Ono and ADP are too professional for that stuff. So I'll nominate one of the Croatians from either side to do something stupid.

Victory get off the mark for the season tonight with a 2-1 victory over Adelaide. Vidosic opened the scoring with a penalty before Milligan and Rojas hit back for the Victory.

Attention now turns to Derby Day.

A pair of 1-0's tonight. Wanderers to upset Sydney FC and the Jets to sneak home over the Mariners.

First Jets (or any professional soccer game for that matter) game live tonight...great experience. 15,000 fans sounded like 25,000.

It was no doubt a big night because of the derby but I'll definitely be back.
