Tells me Humpty is about to get the arse

Shines is running around town telling everyone (or anyone that will listen) that he went to Humpty about getting Ronald out of the joint. Ronald got wind of it and went to his Wests mates and got Shines punted

This isn't a Balmain or Wests things, both Shines and Ronald are z grade dinosaurs who have f**ked the club sideways

The mail I got was Humpty was to be gone today but nothing yet and no PCs scheduled but this is from a very good source

Either way, its null void who goes or whatever. Our year and coming years are going to be long and f**ked.
Being help accountable now is pointless.

If he is responsible for us having a coach (Sheens) getting big bucks for doing nothing, a second rower on big bucks doing nothing and a 5/8th about to get bonuses for doing nothing he probably should go.

The CEO works at the behest of the coach and the board in terms of player recruitment.

The board is the sole arbitrator in terms of the coaches contracts.

I wish we were structured like Parra in many ways. That way self serving, worthless cancers like Dawn would be gone from the board and we might start trying to do what is best for Wests Tigers

Humpty, although CEO of a club that has hit record lows is not the one everyone should be pointing their finger at.He is just the foot solider for the board. We are now paying for some crazy, crazy decisions made bySheens and McDonald, but like when any club is on the bottom, people will be looking for scapegoats.

Also just what we need another contract to pay out!!!!!

Although I think Humphreys must be accountable for decisions made, especially those he presented & promoted to the Board, I don't see this to be particularly credible. There has been nothing on this previously and I don't see the WT board taking such drastic, preemptive action without some of this becoming public beforehand.

And, for the record, I wouldnt believe anything Teflon says / said in regard to his tenure at WT. He has become a corrosive force.

Their have been whispers for a few weeks now that Humpty is on very thin ice and the ice is melting very fast. When you go from premiership favorites to the bottom of the table in a season and half their always will be casualties. They are not always the right people that get the chop, but it might just take some heat off the people who should get the chop.

Ive no probs with the thought he is on thin ice. I believe WT need a full clean out, inc possibly CEO and most definitely a lot of the teams support staff.

It was Humphreys that pushed the last extension o=f Teflon that proved so disasterous to WT and apparently he is now pushing an early 5 year extension to Benji in honour of a few years old handshake deal. Those 2 reasons are alone enough to punt him- the first for the situation he placed the club in, the second just for being plain stupid and putting us in another bind with an under performing, over expensive supposed star player.

We are just two bags of emotion rolled into one.
Factions and board support is sickening. Politics has no role in sport.

God help us and have mercy on the one thing we love. The club. The rest can go to hell.

But all clubs are the same, lots of back slapping in the good times and back stabbing in the bad times

We one club? Doubt it.
old Balmain and wests dinosaurs pulling left and right.
We are divided. Always have been but more so now that the Balmain part hasn't got money.

This is where we are being pulled apart.

Make no mistake, the reason the club is in dire straights is entirely due to the board. When Scott Longmuir tried to hold Sheens accountable, the board supported the coach and Scotty was punted, yet in this environment, Humphries was able to remove Sheens as head coach and bring in a new coach and he was able to ensure Robbie was re-signed as a Tiger for life.

For those two things alone, I'll always be grateful to Humphries.

About 20 minutes after full time at the SFS on Friday he had a face like thunder as he stormed out of the ground. If anyone tried to talk to him i reckon he would have decked them.

I think with our team shot and highly unlikely to hit mid table for at least a couple of years, memberships down this year and likely to plummet next year and on top of that crowds for the remainder of 2013 will be very small, so one would imagine the bottom line will be under massive pressure. This could either save Humpty or hang him, with money so tight we might try and avoid any more contract pay outs or with the clubs finances in such a mess they may flick him and try entice a proven performer.

The place is a dysfunctional mess people. I have been told a certain young prop who is playing way above his age and is carrying the side in the hardest position on the field will be out of the joint if we re-sign Benji. And let's be honest this prop would walk into any side in the f**king comp

I hope this isn't true and mainly because if a player says something like this I think the club should punt them.

Rubbish this player is busting his arse every week and watching some turd doing f**k all, living in a comfort zone and getting his f**king mug on TV and his mrs to call games of footy rather than putting his body on the line and having a f**king go. Benji needs a reality check

I agree that Benji needs a reality check but we don't need players picking and choosing who plays. They all need to go out there and give it their best shot.
