The ones who give it their best shot have every right to call out the rest of the rabble though, especially when the leader of the pea hearts is the vice captain

Rubbish this player is busting his arse every week and watching some turd doing f**k all, living in a comfort zone and getting his f**king mug on TV and his mrs to call games of footy rather than putting his body on the line and having a f**king go. Benji needs a reality check

Bang on, why should Benji ponce about unaccounted for while other players on a fraction on his pay bust their arses for the team?

Humphreys held the coach accountable, now it's time the playing group were. We're coming last, give the kids who are knocking at the door a go. We will get towelled up either way, but at least they'll go down fighting and we'll see some f**king ticker!

The place is a dysfunctional mess people. I have been told a certain young prop who is playing way above his age and is carrying the side in the hardest position on the field will be out of the joint if we re-sign Benji. And let's be honest this prop would walk into any side in the f**king comp

He and Farah are carrying us at the moment, it'd be a disaster of monumental proportions if he was lost.

In any team environment, when you have a couple individuals carrying the rest you have massive problems. The people carrying the load don't mind carrying the junior or inexperienced members of the team, but its a different kettle of fish when its their fellow team leaders.
Its been said before, build a team around Woods and Farah

I wouldnt jump to conclusions and judge Woods based on what one cracker on this forum 'heard' from someone else about the supposed situation.

I won't. I'm expecting Woods to be like Benji and Robbie and show loyalty. He has 2 great role models there.

I agree that Benji needs a reality check but we don't need players picking and choosing who plays. They all need to go out there and give it their best shot.

Tiger, you've lost me here.
You post a sentence that contains the words "Benji, reality, picking and choosing who plays " . . . . yet you missed the irony. :sarcasm:

This is the irony of half the posters on here. When rumours (which more than likely are BS) of Benji doing this everyone gets their nose out of joint. When the rumour is Woods its is understandable.

My take is no player is bigger than the club and no matter who they are they can get farked if they want to act like little prima-donas.

I don't think that either rumour - Benji or Woods is true either. Benji has his faults but I think those have been predominantly on the playing field. From the outside looking in he seems like a quality person and he has definitely been loyal to the tigers from a young age.

On the contrary, I believe Woods has the clubs best interests at heart if this is how he truly feels. He obviously wants on field performances to improve and if Benji is hindering that, I can understand any player harbouring distaste for continued selection.

I think being a prima donna in this instance would be him walking away, not staying on.

What good will that do? It's the board that created this mess, not Humphreys. What CEO is his toght mind would want to take over this rabble?

So what should happen?

Status Quo, steady as she goes?

It's a total balls up, and changes need to be made on and off the field.
