I will have this later this arvo, not really a massive halo fan.. I do like the series and online is quite fun but I always find myself getting bored within a week or two. Hopefully this one has a bit more longevity.

Halo for me is always a title that I have this real stilted attitude towards when its released... As the build up towards release starts to speed up I find myself wanting to be The Chief again...

Now with the reviews i am seeing I really want to see Halo reclaim its position atop the XBox 360 gamespile and for some reason dominate CoD (even though i hold no real hostility towards the CoD series lol)

I'm not major CoD fan, I got bored with it a long time ago. But it's kinda funny seeing haters getting their jimmies rustled because reviewers are caning Medal of Honor and not CoD.

Fact is, CoD might be kinda same-old for a lot of people but it's still well ahead of the pack when it comes to military shooters. Blops2 will probably be more of the same, but really really good more of the same.

As opposed to the glitchy broken mess of a game that is MoH Warfighter, that copies everything CoD and Battlefield 3 have done, but worse.

When I played MoH: Warfighter at EB Expo i really enjoyed it; so i'm not really getting the hate. Not that i've bought it though.

I got over CoD when MW3 came out, it wasn't a bad game, I just lost interest in it, and the series.

I'm looking forward to Halo 4, it should be good fun

I think its simply an issue of over saturisation of the market with the same formula...

Anything i have read or seen about Warfighter says its a totally competant game but it didnt really need to be made...

The modern shooter market caters to a certain type of person gamer and non gamer also... But for all of its success its not a true representation of the medium...

well yeah that never helps but who didnt see that coming when EA didnt send review copies out until release day...

Unfortunatly its the time we live in where Publishers want games out based on a timeframe rather then quality. But that doesnt even begin to address the bigger issue of "is this game even needed?"

Trip to the states later next year is killing me budget wise for games so i probably wont be able to get Halo 4 for quite a while...

I am not used to not being able to get every game i want on or near release... killing me...

hahaha WOW... thats a mighty effort... and that is what the original trilogy was all about... selling Microsoft console gaming...

I am so happy for 343, they would have known they had made something of quality but still they would have been sh!tting themselves in the lead up to the first review being posted.

The best way to describe the game is simply FUN. I die shitloads of times and the shooting mechanics are quite good.

I have a problem where I go back and bag out the game, but this is a real keeper.

I can usually get games early off a mate who works at EB, unfortunately the soft merkin chucked a sickie today so now I have to wait 'til midnight. First world problems.
