realistically who do think is a better coach and
has the ability to restore some credibility to the
sharks jumper ....put the fact that one of them
is a complete f*cking bone head aside.

hard to make a non biased comment when half the team doesn't like the guy while the other love him..... causing a split . Therefore causing internal strife within the team....end result =crap results on the feild.
I still think we can come good......we can't go any worse can we?

It is simply not fair to ask or speculate about this question.

Chris Anderson is by FAR the better Coach with a doubt. However, it is the same as asking who is the better Plumber, the bloke who has been doing it for 20 years or the bloke who is just out of his apprenticeship.

With that said, I understand the direction of your question and to be honest I would say NEITHER.

I would actually like to see a new Coach who has no prior history with the Club have a go. I think it would at least break down the current politics of what is happening.

The Redcliffe coach in the Queensland Cup is highly rated by many including Wayne Bennett, and people seem to think he would be a good buy for an assistant. Perhaps we could even get John Monie or someone as an assistant for a year or two.

Raper produced great results with our lower grade teams he also produced great results over in England, give him a little time people.

Remember Lang came way down the table in his first year with Penrith but look what happened in year two. Raper has only had 2/3's of his best team to place on the park each week and it is a team he had no part in the recrutment for.

Anderson prob should have been given this year to finish digging his own grave but that may well have left the sharks even worse with the young currently disiplined blokes playing like there "experienced" team mates.

The one thing I thought Raper would bring that Anderson couldn't was pride in the jumper and some passion for the club.

So far it has been sadly lacking and that's what has upset me the most.

But I have a feeling we are going to surprise the Raiders this weekend.

Early days yet but i really felt they had to get a good start. Using the stupid excuse of poor trial games was pathetic on Rapers behalf. We can only get better

Anderson would probably be going better in this season but he was a bastard, pure and simple, so I'm not crying that he's gone.

don't get me wrong ...i'm glad the clown is gone too, but i was just interested in everyones opinion on his coaching ability compared to Rapers, basically what im trying to say is ...has SR got the ability to turn this around and was it a good move to hire a first year NRL coach to try fix the mess that CA got us into.

no one seems to be including who they voted for in thier posts so for the record i voted CA. my heart tells me i am glad he now has nothing to do with the club, but my head tells me he should have had the opportunity to try and fix the mess he made.

so who did you vote for SS?

Agree with the disgraceful ss

I dug opes, and backed him at times even when i shouldnt have. I still reckon he's got a great rugby league brain. You dont achieve what he has in the game by being a hack

But quite simply: He's a c unt of a man

Raper is going to be better for the club in the long run so it's him.

On the Redcliffe coach. If we can get him involved in our club, then do it NOW!
