After watching Pacific Rim a few weeks ago, I don't think I can recall a rougher head in cinematic history than Ron Perlman's. How he has been overlooked for a part in any of the recent Planet of the Apes films is beyond me. Minimal makeup required.

Another candidate would have to be Richard Kiel of Jaws fame from the James Bond movies The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker.

Throw in Nicolas Cage and there's my trifecta. Can anyone recall if this guy has actually smiled during his entire life?
