I think you will find that Rob Alexander will control the GF. What in the hell happened to mark Oaten?? I thought he was by far the best ref we have had this year. Although in saying that we have pretty happy with the way Rob has handled games in the past month.

Whats the bet of an opening 2 minutes like last year??????

I was wrong - Adam neale will control the game on Saturday. Let hope he doesnt break down if Eastwood is the reserve official!

1 question: why dont we have an interchange official for each team like Sydney does. On Saturday we had to wait for the interchange official while he was attending to Redcliffes players. Just a thought, what do the rest think?

That means they would have to pay 2 people. I know what you mean I think we've all been through it at one time or another. Surely they can do 2 changes at once it's not exactly brain surgery.

Some funny business at the ref appointments on Tuesday night too.

After both Shane Spicer and Tony Andrews had shockers during the semi finals, Andrews was flicked altogether while Spicer was only dropped(?) to Colts. I heard that Alexander was actually invited to do A grade and told them to shove it, and now Tony Long (who I don't mind) is doing A grade.

I was also told TV Tony is still actually injured and not 100% yet.

Now - why would you invite a non-Brisbane ref to do the "Brisbane GF" ?? And obviously Spicer has a sponsor on the appointment committee.

Who said this sh!t only happens at clubs ...... :roll:
