doogs was just on nrl on fox and said he wants to stay at the knights and it is just a matter of working out the deal.

Doogs received an offer from the Knights for match payments next year but only for a maximum of 15 games. He wasn't happy with that and the Knights came back with a better offer which he said he would probably accept. He didn't sign straight away as he wanted to ring the Sharks and Souths first out of courtesy as they had expressed an interest in him.

I wish the Knights would officially announce what is happening with Mad Dog - all this speculation is becoming a little annoying!

On another note, has any official decision been reached in regards to O'Davis? There were rumours on the radio that he had re-signed for a dramatically reduced paycheck, but nothing has been substatiated as yet!

I'm not Robbie's biggest fan I could take him or leave him, but he is a very good fullback... I haven't anything about him resigning.
I knew he didn't want to take a really big reduced price.
But it's good that Doogs could be staying.

Walker Texas turnstyle is not needed or wanted by the Knights, hopefully he'll go to yawnion, his defence and handling would make him a walk up start for the wannabe's :lol:
