Now that you have a release date, are you planning any advertising besides magazine reviews?

TV ads?
Radio ads?
Magazine ads?

What is in line in terms of advertising for the game mario?

I think that some ads would help to boost sales. Maybe some of the NRL players could be seen playing the game or something along those lines. Surely some of the players would like to help to promote the game. 8) :D

It would work everywhere, Villisanti plays for the warriors, plus he plays for australia. so it's win win. In england they could do something else if they wanted,

Maybe something along the lines of showing johnny wilkinson kicking goal after goal after goal (england's scoring highlights from their WC semi against France would suffice) and then show some great tries scored in real to life and game form by some of the top english players and teams.

not only a great advertisement for the video game but a great advertisement for the game itself.

The ad I saw in NZ was just taken from one of the promo videos that was released along with a voiceover of some of the info about the game, etc.

has anyone passed the Anzac Bridge in Pyrmont and seen that ship with the football field on it? i was just wondering if that had anything to do with any advertising coming up or is it just my imagination.......

I hope they release a tv ad in Australia within the next week or two, it would just make me more excited for the game.

Hey, I'm mates with Andrew Voss and he told me that within the next few weeks he has to go and do an ad for the game. He was unsure if they just required his voice or what, but I guess that confirms that there will be an advertisement.

off topic I know but does voss live round penrith somewhere seems to know the local pubs and that pretty well if he doesn't.

I was at FX games in Charlestown yesterday, to pre-order a copy of the game and they were showing some footage of the new game. It went for around 30 secs. It showed current NRL players tackling and running, then went onto some shots from the computer game, showing gameplay, stadiums and stat's. IT LOOKED FRIGGIN AWESOME. This would make a great ad for the game.
