I tend to agree with you, and to a degree that is almost eerie.

I think the Cats have precious little hope of upsetting the Lions juggernaut. They're just too big and strong the Brisbane boys, and they'll break them open in the second half.

The Victorian dream of a Saints vs cats GF will remain just that (for another season, at least).

The Saints are capable of upsetting the Power, but this is predicated on a perception that there may still be some latent finals vulnerability in the Adelaide side. If Port is up at quarter time though, you can pretty much put down your glasses. At the end of the day, as dangerous as the Saints forward set-up is, it is nevertheless inconsistent and the St Kilda defence is not as tight as many.

Well done Port Adelaide . Let's just hope that last ten minutes didn't take too much out of them and they bring to an end the run of a favoured, cheating, whinging franchise next Saturday afternoon & bring the premiership back to a tradtional state, even if it is South Australia .

Well I'd rather Brisbane win than Port Adelaide, so I will be on them for the Grand Final!

Another sensational game of footy.

Well done to the Lions but let's hope that Port Adelaide bring this pampered & favoured club to it's knees next weekend.


I must say too, they never get much credit, especially from me but I think the umpires have done a sensational job this w/e. Umpired two tough, close finals to near perfection.

Bad luck Cats, but we pushed the Lions hard, and nearly caused an upset.

I'm on Brisbane for GF and hope they can make it 4 in a row.

Good game to watch, close right till the end with the lead changing throughout the game.
