After watching Bird tonght...

I think he should be our 5/8 next year, or perhaps for the rest of the year, i think Bird had a blinder tonight, and would go just as good there as he would playing at lock.

Bird played well but did not play a 5/8's game.
If anything he played more first receiver, pushing that f*cken imposter wearing number 7 to who knows f*cking where.
He is a good player & seems to have found consistancy.5/8 might be a good short term fix for the club but not a long term fix for him.
He will probably put on more kegs over the next few years & if you watched closely tonight, was found severely lacking on the turn & chase in defense against his opposition.
hes going well in the forwards, leave him there.
we have a good 5/8 currently who wins matches when there are no imposters on the field.
reefy dont bet but there will be a lazy hundred going on the Sharks this week if the fuuukkiiing Impossstter is out.

I thought Mason was unlucky not to get MOTM - But i've got no issues with Bird taking it.

I know its been said before and I generally dont say it again because...well it hurts to say it. But jeez Kimmorley has precious little to offer. The bloke has more ticker than most players in the NRL, but he has no spark...none.

I thought it was coopers best game for about 2 years.
He had to tackle that fuggen machine Caroll and he did well to do it most times.
In fact I thought all the blues went well ( except Noddy )
Buderus was good.

...but for his first SOO Bird deserved MOM he looked like he belonged out there for sure.
