Sheens handed the reigns to Simmons today - having to announce the Aussie squad was too good an opportunity to pass up I guess. But after Simmo's comments today, I wouldn't be surprised to see him demoted to the State Cup for a week or two.

He's basically gone and said that it gets pretty hard going when you shift your 1 and your 7 around all the time... It takes a while for things to settle in again.

... he forgot to say that we wont be making any excuses, but he did mention we're out of options for halfback.

I didn't look at the presser this week, but I read something about not carrying enough halfbacks - "not making any excuses".
