Aitken and Flo

After watching the replay of the game it's clear to all that there is a defensive issue there with Flo.
But is it also Aitken at fault here with this sliding style of D that seems to get them caught out?
It also looked pretty clear on JAC's 2nd try that Euie needed to jam up and in to put pressure on the catch and pass from storm. Not 100% sure but is it a contributing factor in Flo being off his wing alot and him seeming unsure most times on our line. Either way, a fair bit of work is needed there as teams are gonna start coming harder down that side more and more often.

I think if Munster doesn't get around Frizell, he doesn't throw that pass to the Fox. Not all No. 6's have that pace to get around that player inside.

Our Captain really needs to be more mindful of Aitkens hammy in future celebrations.....

I had a thought this arvo with respect to Aitken's poor defence out wide. Most of the tries on the right are coming late in the halves ( although we're vulnerable out there all game ) and I was thinking that instead of putting Mann into Lock when he comes on late in the halves, put him straight into right centre and send Aitken to the middle.
The negatives could be 1) Aitken still makes bad reads and opens our middle and 2) Mann's impact off the bench ( and ability to chime in to the attack either side ) would be diminished.
The positives would be a tighter right side in defence and an arguably better attacking option on our right late in both halves.
Aitken's a big boy and his defence head on is pretty good and he's also a strong runner so 20 minutes or so ( 10 each half ) in the pack shouldn't be too much to handle and if he tires rest him but leave Mann out there.
Just a thought. Can one of youse run it past Mary.

Of course there's also the option of just putting Aitken on the bench and Mann at right centre.

The season review report said,, "He learned a lot during the season" ?? (Euan Aitken)
really ??
Well, he didn't learn how to defend, communicate or tackle!! attack wasn't much either.

Who wrote this report Gould? McGregor or who ??
How many reports are there??

I thought this report was verbal. He said it himself?
