Who is the drongo who thought of this idea? Black raincoats. I agree raincoats are a necessity in NZ what with the rotten weather over there but black?

These kids are in danger of being run over by trucks as they innocently walk to school.

If any kids are killed and it seems very likely their griefstricken parents should sue.
