The wife, bless her heart, has got a couple of Corporate tickets from her former employer, The NZRFU, and we will be watching the game from the players lounge... with a free unlimited bar..... The only downside is that I am going to have to come up with a hugely expensive aniversary pressie for her this year as a payback...

lol small prices to pay Te. If she could find another couple of tickets for the AKL test I'll pitch in for your pressie as well :)

More proof that no one buys tickets to rugby union matches. They're all giveaways.

HAHA... you couldn't buy these tickets unless you were a major contributor to the Union, staff, or players family.... luckily ex-staff were allowed this time.

I can see small improvements, Williams should always have been in, Jones has been their best player all tour, and Todd Byrne's brother couldn't find a g spot on a 200 foot you know what the way he's throwing.

But, I can see even bigger improvements from the All Blacks. The scoreline in the first test completely and utterly flattered the Lions, the All Blacks by 35.

This team is much improved on the last one, I particularly like Henson/Thomas in the centers only other change I would of like to have seen was O'Gara at no.10

Carl Hayman is out for the All Blacks. Toe infection.

Massive loss. He is our scrum and a big part of the line out with his lifting.

Not to mention the single best player in the current ABs ;-).

He's the world's best prop for mine, without a shadow of a doubt.

The dismantling of the Frenchies scrum last year and his performance for the Highlanders highlight that for me.

Doesnt Somerville only have one toe?(I thought that affected your balance..) Just get the bloody thing thing chopped off!
Shows how silly John Mitchell was, he thought Hayman was never good enough to play for NZ and Keith Robinson oh, and Christian Cullen, Andrew Mehrtens, Taine Randell, Paul Steinmetz......

He was right about Steinmetz.

And he did unleash Miliaina, Rockocoko etc. etc., plus blood a whole string of newbies on a tour to the UK led by Taine Randell.

And a small thing such as a 85% winning record. And basically, thats about that matters.

Somerville is a fine player.

It is fair testament to the strength of the All Blacks that guys like Somerville, Johnno Gibbes, Sione Lauaki, Conrad Smith, Byron Kelleher, Keven Mealamu (when Oliver is fit), Ma'a Nonu, usually Rico Gear and now Douggie Howlett, Marty Holah are not starting XV players.

They'd be walk up starters in most other countries.
