The sister club for the Sharks is the New Jersey Sharks.

They are a side made up of young americans (other sides have many more ex-pats), and they are coached by an aussie who is the only guy in the American comp with a level one coaching certificate. They have been a top four side for several years and have two guys in Australia playing for the Wyong club on the central coast who will go home to play in the finals for them (learning the game).

He was contacted by David Nui in the early years of the USRL/AMNRL I believe, but he is old and didn't want to be involved.
