Look first off let me say I am not a Tigers fan and nor have I seen a lot of your games this season.

That said what the f**k is up with J Morris ? He is gash, absolute gash. I put $20 on the Tigers to win last night and between Morris and Gibbs constantly f**king up I had no chance. The refs didn't help either but f**k me Morris was sh*t. Does Sheens know just how sh*t Morris is ? How long has this been going on ? Oh it is so frustrating watching that squat to piss bitch butcher chance after chance. I don't know how you all stand it without storming the dressing room after the game and hanging Morris from the nearest goalpost. f**k.

Sorry if this has been covered before but I had to let it all out somewhere or I was going to go crazy. At one stage I was going to ring the cops and report Morris as a serial killer because he killed so many try scoring chances.

Oh you are f**king me ? This idiot has been killing your side everywhere from centre to second row for how long now ? Forget the Sharks, Four Corners should do a special on Morris and how he continues to play first grade.

Morris started as a winger at newcastle
The australian coach thinks he is capable of replacing scott prince as a first grade halfback
The same australian coach has a slightly better than 1 in 3 win ration when he hasn't had sides containing Daley, Meninga, Clyde, Stuart, walters, Mullens, Belcher, Mullens et al

Tell us how you really feel Dick ...

Morris also made 39 high quality tackles - by far the best defensive effort of any man on either team.

Pretty unfashionable thing though defence.

West's line is a laughing stock right across the league. If you actually knew anything genius, you'd realise that Morris is there because Mr Magic simply can't or won't tackle and the lack of a genuine lock forward at the club.

Sure, yank him out and install an "innovative" 5/8 to confuse the Marshall attack even further.

You'll bleed 50 points a game easy.

Sheesh, every week the guy's out there playing well above his weight and giving 100 f**king per cent yet every next day there's some knob like you who probably last played for the Under 9Ds sitting in royal judgement.

Unbef**kinglievable.

... shame about the 20 bucks though eh?

Heartbreaking.

jason, how you can defend morris after that abhorration of a performance is beyond me. His decisions and defence when it mattered cost us the game, none more than that simple f**king grubber that he had to fall on, but he somehow coughed it up after making two hapless clutches at it.

39 tackles means f**k all if you can't secure the ball in the most basic of times like that.

In fact, it was twice he failed to catch a grubber and it led to a try both times.

I understand you are a passionite tigers fan. I am not trying to knock the club at all. It is just that I don't usually watch tigers games and I paid particular attention to last nights game as I had some cash on it.

Morris could have made 100 tackles. I don't remember him pulling off a single tackle. I do remember him dropping the ball and it leading to a try. Twice. My memory of him and his performance last night was that he was gash.

Perhaps he has played some blinders in the games that I have not seen. Perhaps I am being too hard on Morris. But if all you want at 5/8 is a tackling machine why not put Ellis in there. Now he had a f**king blinder. Stick Ellis in at 5/8 and bring another foward in and play Morris off the bench.

Forgive me MU, sometimes I get just a touch emotional when it comes to these things.

I never got to FG - not good enough or tough enough - but I do have an idea of how physically and emotionally battered those guys are today after throwing everything at what really should have been a win (hell, how was Moltzen not a try?).

Sure, Morris spilled a vital ball at a vital time, but let's face it, under those conditions it really could have happened to anyone - just look at how much of a hapless goose Lockyer looked on the replays of the Marshall try (to add insult to injury he was even defending in his old position of fullback).

And that's Lockyer.

As to Morris being supposed to direct the attack in the absence of both Farah and Marshall, with all due respect, that is not the man's role.

At the end of the day I guess I just get steamed that a guy like JM - who plays under a professional contract as extended by the club, who does not decide if and where and how he plays etc, but simply turns up week in week out and absolutely puts his body on the line should have to wake up on a Saturday morning bruised, battered and depressed only to have some annonymous internet wanker call him a twat because he lost the bloke 20 bucks.

Here endeth the rant.

This is their profession, it is what they train and do all their lives while they are involved with the sport. Basic mistakes are always unforgiveable by professionals. In any field, not just sport.

Sure, Morris spilled a vital ball at a vital time, but let's face it, under those conditions it really could have happened to anyone -
He had it in his hands, it had stopped moving while in his grasp, yet he still lost control.
just look at how much of a hapless goose Lockyer looked on the replays of the Marshall try (to add insult to injury he was even defending in his old position of fullback).
Lockyer came running in goal behind the post and had his view obscured, when he turned his back he was awaiting a friendly bounce to pick up the ball. he didn't fumble the ball.

As to Morris being supposed to direct the attack in the absence of both Farah and Marshall, with all due respect, that is not the man's role.
SO WHY THE HELL IS HE CONSTANTLY PLAYING IN THE HALVES?

I doubt Morris gives a f**k about the fans. His performances are proof of that.

I don't mind so much morris missing the two kicks that lead to trys. They were both reflex actions and in the end sh1t happens.

However Morris has played in the halves for the tigers since he has been here (how is he never injuried?) What is unforgivable is his woefully playmaking. The kick dead from five metres out, the dropped ball from first reciever with 5 to go and the chook with out a head attack when Benji was in the sin bin are evidence that he is a failure as a half!

In fairness to morris, when he was moved to hooker he was very effective and the team as a whole looked a lot better with Morris at hooker and out of the halves. If we are lucky Sheens will move Morris to hooker when Farah is on Origin duty and we will still have a chance to win some games!
