Its alot different to be inconsistent in first division to first grade. If you wanna get promoted to the top you are pretty much gunna need to have a blinder every week. Look at Tsoulos, 3 or 4 games in Prems and 3 or 4 consecutive man of the match awards. Steve Witt rarely put good performances back to back.
