I'd be looking to sign
William Kennedy (FB)
Sam Stonestreet (wing)
Aita Mariota (prop)

So, starting side in 2027 looks like this:
1 Kennedy
2 Williams 3 Buchanan 4 Holmes 5 Stonestreet
6 Atkinson 7 Reed
13 Stewart 12 Egan 11 Halangahu
10 T Couchman 9 Liddle 8 Mariota
14 Loko 15 R Couchman 16 Leilua 17 Tsougranis 18 Hutchinson 19 Sele

It may not be perfect, but it's better than what we have now...
How about that million dollar prop that we signed??

Are you didn't have an epiphany and realise he was on his last legs this season mate?

Maybe you had him in your KOE cup team 😉
IMHO he's just another potential money pit, with his stupid mullet and his dodgy knee.
Besides, you don't pay half-back money for a back-rower come prop unless you're desperate.
I'd prefer Paseka or Hughes or Bullemore or Max King or Ford or Mariota. Anyone who didn't have a dicky knee, really.
Also, have we EVER brought in anyone from Souffs who turned out to have the goods? I tender as evidence Djura, Maybon, Kaberry, Hookey...

My main concern with him is that if you look at his career, his good years have been under Bennett only. I'll be interested to see if he replicates the same form under whoever our coach will be next year, hopefully he can.

Some pr*cks on this forum love a pile-on, don't they?
"Haha, the dumb merkin left superstar Keaon out of his top 19"
You can have anything you like on this forum except an opinion, eh?
I no longer rate the merkin, okay? It's silly money for a back-rower/prop and there are other, cheaper options with equal potential.
He's only coming to us for the money and cos Uncle Wayne doesn't want him. He has Fifita now and, next year, Haas as well.
A coach who brings in Haas and Fifita. While our coach pulls in Setu, Fale, Guler and some old nags who look like they'd rather be anywhere else.
KK's stats yesterday, against the worst team in the comp? 165m from 17 runs, but 39m were kick returns - easy metres against us. Tackle efficiency 88%. That's some pretty average sh*t. Leilua - who could very easily play prop for us if the "coach" knew what he was doing ran 157m, without any kick returns. His tackle efficiency was 97.3%.
Pretty much the same response as when I suggested that Michael Ennis was not the answer. Laughter emojis and people telling me leave the forum. Well, how's Ennis working out for you, you pr*cks?
Has our attack been transformed yet?
Got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning?
Too f*cking right I did, pr*cks.

Apparently a flow on effect at the Eels with Su'a signing means that Kelma Tuilagi wants out. Could be a handy signing for a couple of years (and on less $ than what it would have cost us to keep Su'a) alongside our youth coming through ?

We'll see what happens if Flanno, Ennis, Young & Haran don't get punted soon.
The joint needs a cultural change.
Remember when the biggest problem we had was that we were "chokers"?
Now we can't even win half a game.
How much more desecration of Saints' history and tradition are we prepared to stand?

I wouldn't get too excited. Bailey Simonsson, for one, was not best pleased when Lomax was signed but he didn't move on.
Tuilagi would be most welcome, though.

Considering he’s playing on one leg those are pretty good stats from KK regardless of who it’s against.

Maybe you need to go back to bed. You are kidding yourself with your assessment of KK.
