Animal Cruelty

I know that it's the time to be jolly and all, but i find that hard to do when i see first hand animal cruelty.
I was walking my dog Whingey yesterday and we came across this vicsous white pit bull cross dog that was ready to charge.
We saw the chain and collar tied up to the fence a little way back but apparently this dog was that eager to break free that it's busted the entire leash all together and got away.
It's hanging around the cricket shed and it's rather vicsous i might say.
A lady i spoke to said she was already barked at.

But what annoys me most is that it's so hard trying to get through to these RSPCA mob and liverpool council.
NOBODY wants the job of collecting loose stray un-wanted animals.
They'll do anything to shift the job off onto somebody elses duristriction.
This dog hasn't ate or drank in 2 days time and i feel so hapless and helpless yet again.

I've been trying to contact the Liverpool council on the net but they don't seem to have any links for contact concerning animal welfare.

I went to the RSPCA site and come across a story that broke my heart yet again.
Look at this

If you go to www.rspcansw.org.au you will find a story titled CLIFFORDS Story.

If these pictures are coming to you then that's someones idea of how to handle animals.
They see fit to treat an animal in such manner.
That's proper procedure according to them.

You know, Antonius talks about that asshole wrecking his neighbors Christmas decorations and then you say what you did just then.....What's going on man?

I just find it hard to be happy you know?
It's kind'a forced happyness.

Are people THAT numb they don't possesse a conscious :?:

I dealt with a Liverpool Ranger and its council some months back and the response time was sloppy.
The lady didn't even take my call serious.

We had trouble over the back of our joint a few months back, some assholes packed up and left but left a dog behind deliberately.
Do you know how long it took in dealing with this dog for it to be seen to?
A week.
It went with out food for a week.
And the stupid f*cking procedures involved in determining if they can collect a dog is based on a SEAL.
They say "We're ganna put stickers all over the yard and if they're broken then we have to assume that somebody is feeding the dog"
You wouldn't believe the trouble i went through in seeing that those stickers remained up.

Have you dealt with RSPCA Inspectors?
Their rules are f*cking crazy.

Every things crazy.
And if i ever see somebody hurting or throwing a dog watch out.
I don't condone animal cruelty.

We saw this dog yesterday i said if that dogs there tomorrow i'll have to report it now i have to deal with these f*ckers again.
And they are so slow it pisses me off.

People who hurt animals anger me more than anything else, because animals can't protect themselves. It's a bit like people who abuse children, it makes me so mad    . Why would anyone want to harm an animal? they make me sick

omg...covers eyes in horror
That's awful, I really don't like looking at those pictures, the doggy looks like such a cute one too. :(
I have two cats that both walked into our house as strays and were severely sick, one had half the bones in it's body broken by it's previous owners. :( But they came to our house and never left, so they became our cats.
It really does sicken me to see such inhumane acts on pets.
Remember don't buy pets as presents for people this chrissy.

I just don't know how someone could have the state of mind to hurt something as beautiful as that dog like that. I mean how heartless and irresponsible! Seriously....there's some sickos on this planet.

Dude, you do realise that there really is no such thing as Liverpool Council at the moment? Apparently its being looked after by an administrator and the locals are mighty pissed off because it's been like this for ages and nothing is getting done.
