Another new Eel

In our local rag this morning it was reported that a local player from the Tweed Heads Seagulls has just been signed by Parra.

His name is Luke O'Dwyer. He is a 20 year old back rower. I have not seen him play.

Formerly a centre he was moved to the back row this year, where he has started to play very well. He was recently selected to play in a Qld County game where was named man of the match.

He is a very strong defensive player, who has plenty of pace and attacking ability, being a former centre.

He was sought after by several NRL clubs, but decieded to play for the Eels, due to their involvement with the Tweed Heads Seagulls (Parra's feeder club).
