Another one for the future

Thursday night saw another 17 year old burst on to the scene with Whitehaven schoolboy Gregg McNally scoring three tries on debut against Salford.
McNally was named man of the match.

Leeds Rhinos had agreed a deal with Whitehaven a couple of months ago for the kid to play in the Leeds Academy side but i don't think that will be happening now.

Some real promise now in the British junior ranks.

I think the positives in British RL are far outweighing all the negatives that are currently following the NRL

Good to hear, lets hope this young talent doesn't start to consider other alternatives like a Union switch, for fear of not getting enough of a start at Super League level... they all seem to eventually come back (except Robinson), but it's a terrible waste of time/talent.
