Good on em both, I say. Misi is obviously not crying into his beer (pun intended LOL) and is obviously keen to move on at pace.

Paletasala Ale looks to have the goods, and if it were not for something
of a raft of outside backs at Penrose he probably would have been there.
Many will say he should be anyway but they simply can't sign everyone.

They screw up enough young careers now by signing way too many and never
playing them.

The Storm, the Cowboys and NZRL should all gain from this.

Cheers

As a young player, you'd be tempted to look at the Warriors these days and say "f**k that, why would I want to play for those merkins"

Ale will be a success with the Storm. Who wouldnt like a 6'5 backrower who can run in the centres as well.

As for Misi, I hope for his sake that he can make the most of his opportunity with the Comets/Cowboys. Being based in Rockhampton along with a number of fellow Kiwis such as Matt Rua will hopefully be good for his transition to the Australian way of life.

Misi will thrive over there mate, even if he never makes it to the Cowboys.

The life style, the climate......it's all there.

Got to say I understand why the Warriors werent interested in Ale. Lets face it !

Would you want 110 kg, 6`5 second rower with insaine ball skills and go ahead drive when you could pick up a 93 kg, 6'1 Roosters junior who has the potential to be the next Michael Luck.

I think I know who I would choose if I was cleary !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If his sign on fee is that it sounds as though they have signed him for one of the feeder clubs either Norths in Brisbane or North Sydney Bears. If he was signed on an NRL contract he would command a lot more than that. If he is to play QLD Cup I think he will be unstoppable.
