xerri will not play 1 game on the wing. Kennedy is light years behind Katoa , wo currently is light years behind , Tupou, Don, Moz, Shibasaki.
If there was 1 junior taht could play wing , it would be Lume Lume.

Would be happy with Don on a two year contract. Wouldn't be expensive and buys us a bit of time to find a younger winger.

Does anyone get that the days of swapping between wing and centre and fullback are gone?? ET did it out of necessity and was good to be picked in any of those spots for rep teams. They were lucky he was flexible so others could be fitted in.

Each of those spots are specialised these days. Sure you have fill ins for a week or two, but to suggest a kid who has dominated his age group in the centres will play wing for the first time in NRL is laughable.

To be honest, I'm sure he'd be a good buy.

But, you have to admit, there is an awful lot of talk on THIS FORUM that we don't want to lose our juniors. It does appear that we have lost (and are losing) some rep-quality players (JAC, Curtis Scott, Ramien)...

I DO understand that Xerri is a centre, Kennedy is a fullback, and Katoa is currently playing first grade.

The point I was making is that do we want older outside backs, when we have some real talent - ACCORDING TO YOU GUYS - coming through?

Pretty sure Don is about 26...
