[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I wanted to apologise to your fans who witnessed my actions with the fans who had been taunting me during the game on the weekend.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]As you are aware I hit some beers that were resting on the fence at the time. Unfortunately I may have sprayed some spectators who were behind where these guys were sitting. There were some young families around and having young children myself I feel terrible for letting my frustration out the way I did.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I have enjoyed coming to Parramatta Stadium for some time now and have always been well received by the fans. It’s unfortunate that a few fans spoilt the day for myself, our clubs and the other spectators in that area.[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Eels officials have spent today interviewing witnesses and have also reviewed footage supplied by the Nine network. At this stage the patron responsible remains unidentified.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Eels Chief Executive Denis Fitzgerald said every attempt is being made to identify the culprit and once found that person would face not only a ban from Parramatta Stadium but also all NRL venues.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]“We are disgusted with the behavior of one of our patrons in making derogatory comments towards Petero Civoniceva,” Mr. Fitzgerald said[/FONT]
