Pretty sure he was already gone from the Roosters when that incident happened. Although I can't remember who it was, I'm almost certain Taumata was with another side.

the Knights pulled out of negotiations with him when he got punted from the Dogs. was reported to be all but signed, sealed and delivered but they pulled out, so can't really claim this as him being punted from them.

I couldn't care how trashy or bad they are off field, if they are good players who can help the team win a premiership then sign them up. I just want that premiership, not worried about what the public think of our team.
