Look mate, this guy shouldn't be ANYWHERE near any of these threads.

I like a whole bunch of bands that you've probably never heard of but the thought hasn't crossed my mind to mention them in this context.

I'll be a bit hypocritical if I start naming bands that aren't anywhere near the Beatles (despite being influenced by them) considering I've criticised you for doing the same thing.

I can't help but think that you would just use it as an opportunity to question my credibility on such matters.

I can't help thinking that you're wrong. Believe it or not, I'm generally just interested in what people listen to. Incidentally, I believe you introduced Devin to this particular thread. I was happy enough to leave him on the best band thread only.
