They've won 1/3 away games this season. That being said, they are a much better side than the Tigers.

I'd back the titans to win, but I wouldn't throw a whole lot of cash behind it. Who knows how they'll go.

Benji is playing without confidence, looks like he's on one leg still. He isn't half the player he used to be.
Head has only just cracked it back into first grade, no doubt it won't be long before he is injured again.
Hodgson and Farah are great players though.

I stand by my comments, the Titans are a far better side both as a unit, and with it's individual talents. As for the Tigers being a top 4 side, they had that with the exception of head last year and they didn't make the 8, what's so different now?

They didn't have Benji all that much last year either. They just missed the 8 and there wasn't a great many points from 4th to 9th from memory. Tigers choked in the final few rounds themselves or they would have been comfortably in the 8.

He suggests if those 4 stay fit then the Tigers will be a top 4 side.

I'd say they'd have a top 4 attack, it's whether their defense can hold out enough points.

i said it after the knights game last weekend... if the tigers fix up their defense they could really cause headaches at the top end of the ladder. they look so much better with head in the #7.

With sizzler simmons coaching we will concede 4 tries per game whoever plays
With the golden 4 of Hodgo, Benji, Head and Farah playing we are a good bet to score 4 or more tries
This weekend could honestly end up 46-44 ... the titans backs aren't exactly great defenders .. Prince, Rogers, Campbell, Jeffrey, Bower are all ordinary defenders at best. And delaney and odwyer are ordinary attackers

I'm not death-riding head, I think he is a damn fine player, same with Marshall. The problem is, between those two players over the last 3 seasons, I think you could barely say they played a season in total. Marshall is nowhere near what he used to be, and both your halves really are ticking timebombs in regards to injuries.

Even if you do manage to keep them on the field, which I'll be shocked. The tigers have the worst missed tackles to tackles ratio in the comp, and the 5th most points scored against. Adding Benji and Head into your defensive line isn't going to make that situation any better.

Your attack can be as good as you like. Your defence simply isn't a top 4 side.

With the 4 of them on the field we are virtually impossible to shut down in attack. The side has so many points of attack. This is why I have said anything worse than 4th/5th in this comp is a major underachievement

What does a poll voted on by forumites have to do with it?

I agree that when the Tigers attack is on fire, it's great. It's the ability to keep those key players on the field that is the issue. And the Tigers defence is dreadful.
