I wish mate....

It wasnt to be , but Im not dirty on the loss because I lost money, thats my choice.

I am dirty that the lads played with all the effort generally, with a few exceptions, but perhaps overplayed and over tried early in the 2nd half leading to a horror patch of handling problems.

I still think we will be there in the top 8 come years end, and I think we will kick the broncos butts next week.

Too bad, Let's beat the broncos anyway and have a big night anyway, albeit without you shouting. :D

I can't believe someone put $3000 on us, you're kidding right?

If we can't beat the Queens, what hope have we got of beating some decent teams over the next 4 weeks, we're shot ducks, and forget about Kimmorley he's not going to be able to do it on his own against the Broncos or the Roosters etc

We are playing stupid football and unless some blokes are dropped it won't improve. Lomu and Stevens were dreadful and Sullivan apart from about 15 before half time was pathetic, how many errors did the smurf make??? Vagana, what's happened to the bloke at the dogs he was a champion, and the sharks he's been quiet ALL year.

We need some quality signings and blokes like Maiva and Covell simply aren't going to be able to turn it around.

what a load of rubbish!

cronulla have been the rank outsiders in games against newcastle/canterbury and st george and all without three of their best players , notably kimmorley, peachey and greg bird as well as dumas.

yet they could easily have won all those games even with a converted centre playing half back and a second rower playing five eighth.

i dont think some posters appreciate the flow on affect that happens when such a dominant play maker as kimmorley is out! all other positions are greatly affected , how would we have fared last year in similar circumstances?

yesterday we played very ordinarily yet were still right in the game with 7 minutes to go!

judge them when the full complement of players are back, i think there is a lot of footy left in this side just yet.

Pogo,

The team we played yesterday had about 5 topline players missing, Kimmorely is a great player, but buddy wake up and smell the roses, the Roosters & Broncos are going to be ALOT more difficult to beat than the bloody queens.

We're finished, and judging by yesterday, if we happened to scrape into 8th spot (which is highly unlikely), it would be all over at half time in the first semi v the Roosters.

Forget Peachey, he has been a great servant but his best is well and truly behind him now, Kimmorley will help our cause alot, but not that much.

fair enough wobbygong, varying opinions are what makes all this footy discussion interesting....however i am very convinced that there will be a dramatic improvement with the return of the three players i noted.

i look forward to the next few weeks.

Pogo,

Mate I hope your right, we really need a strong finish this season, I just don't want to finish without at least playing to our potential.

Kimmorley will make a big differnece I just hope it's enough.
