Yeah thanks to everyone for making this the best forum here.

Cupid Stunt is a great mod and lets this place roll incident free.

There really is a great bunch of posters here, we all love our teams and our fantasy football, great to get on here and have a chat, a laugh, some banter, etc.

Special mention to Kurt for his continual hatred of all things 49ers and Patriots, and his persistant argument that the Rams made the right call in passing on RGIII

what a great season again.

the rams got alot better and will get even better next season.

the patriots are still searching for their first legitimate champonship. i think they now realise how hard it is to win it all when you don't know exactly what the other team is doing on any set play. i guess that's why they cheated all those years.

the whiners stumbled at the last hurdle and sooky boy ( aka jim harbaugh ) got what he deserved, a 50-50 call that went against the whiners at the death so he can whine 24/7 about it during the offseason.

ahhhh, all is good and proper in the world of nfl.

I'm part of a raiders online community but I gotta say I talk most of my football on here...

I find it easier here as I think things discussed here are often put in a way that's easier to understand for a fan from down under who may follow the other footy codes.

I'm on a Lions forum, but this place is more fun.

I'm guessing it's because we all come from the same place - I assume most loved League first, but then came to love the American game. Didn't grow up with it, just learnt more & more each season.

And this subforum is the best of the lot. Not like TFC, NRL & Soccer forums, where there's just a lot of mud thrown just for the sake of it. A few nutters, but generally everyone is respectful.

But let's be honest here..... people who watch NFL are more intelligent than those who watch League..... It's simple game for simple people. NFL is the thinking man's game, with fans who are above average intelligence, & are capable of abstract thought & arithmetic.

Safe to say, we're just better than them.....

That's so true.

First time at a SB Party at Star, it was awesome to be surrounded by fans of a wide variety of teams. Talked to so many people with just general NFL talk. You couldn't do that in the U.S, as you'd get a majority crowd.

A couple of years ago when in Paris, i went on a day tour to a few castles around the Paris area, small tour of only about 8 people, but on the tour was this older american guy, i thought "this'll be great, ill chat NFL with this guy between stops"

NEK MINNIT i get talking to the guy and ask him who he follows in the NFL. His response?

"No one, i hate football"
