Exactly what teams are eligible to participate in the qualification process for the two Asia Pacific positions available ?

I'm thinking Tonga, PNG, Cook Islands ....... then unsure who else after that ?

And then the next question.....is there any qualifying games scheduled for 2015 / 2016 ?

From what I've heard PNG will qualify automatically as host & it will be a one off game between Cook is and Tonga possibly in October this year.

Correct I am hearing October in New Zealand for final Asia-Pacific spot.

I don't think Vanuatu & Solomon Islands are rlif members yet (plus they don't have world rankings) so they may not be eligible to compete yet.
