I met an Irish bloke on NYE and he said that Irish people actually hate Guinness and no-one drinks it there. Much the same, he said everyone thinks Aussies drink Fosters. I don't touch that shit, i'm loving my Corona's at the moment.

You know why Mexicians put the lemon in their Corona's? To keep the flies out without disturbing the taste of the beer.

When I was in Ireland nearly everyone I met (I stayed in the countryside, for my brothers wedding) drank Guinness. What freaked me out was that they had about 30 shops...15 of which were pubs...Go figure.

I've been to Ireland once before, and the Guinness there tasted a lot better than anywhere else - a nice honey after-taste that even converted some non-beer fans? I'm sure there's some other beers there worth trying though - my g/f recommends Smithwicks?

I seen that in an Irish pub on NYE at Sydney. Didn't have it though i had a schooner of New.

Corona is the best beer around, bloody awesome. Coming in second would be Tooheys Extra Dry and then probably a Crownie.
