As has been said, that sidebar has not been available for weeks. I have no idea why you still have it set up.

Try logging out, clearing your cookies, and logging back in.

Here is a screen dump I took a few minutes ago.

You just need to log out and log back in again. Solved my issue which looked exactly the same when the new look came into effect.
