The non-selection of Trent Waterhouse is a joke.

The selectors should pick the team and the coach should do just that with what they give him. There is no need for a selection panel if that isn't the case....

Fitzgibbon was ruled out of this game with injury. His return should put paid to Carroll for future games, I hope! And I'm yet to be convinced Berrigan should be a starting centre? He has utility value, but it's a position waiting for someone to take next year.

O'Meley should have been the first prop picked. Kennedy and Civoneciva should give way to younger men, but apart from Hill they didn't take any other forwards on tour to replace them? Don't be surprised if this side cops a beating sometime in the next four games, all it would take is injuries to two out of Lockyer, Gower, Buderis and Wing to bring us back to the field.
