Looked like a bowler's paradise at the start with the figures out bowlers were getting. All of our bowling figures were McGrath like.
Jaques must be close to getting a shot at opening the ODI inns with a performance like that.

Very similar to what he did in the first class match 7-4, minus the 2 runs he conceded in the final over I think it was and its 7-2.

Bracken is one of the best one dat bowlers in the country and has been for a few years. His ODI figures are testamount to that, avg 19.71 at an economy rate of 3.8, compared to guys like Kaspa and Gillespie (Kaspa avg 24 at economy rate of 4.51, Gillespie 25 at 4.21) it shows how good he is at that form of cricket. IMO he should of played a lot more ODI's than he has.

I am still lost why he hasn't played more ODIs. After that Tri Series in Pak he should have been a shoe in. He was always very economical and now his swing is back.
