Bad News about Mnemosyne

A mate of mine was watching a racing show on Sky Channel the other day (i havent seen it) and he said they interviewed Beadman and he said all four of Mnemosynes legs were badly lacerated during the final stages of the Doncaster. One of the legs was so bad it required 53 stitches.

Beadman said she will more than likely be out for an extended period, even missing the Spring Carnival. Damn

I'll go looking on the web for any web-news about this.

I hope so. Did Manton have those injuries as well ? I cant seem to find anything on the net about it, so you might be right.

Manton did get a huge chunk taken out of his hind leg or along those lines, another horse got on top of him. That's why Beadman sat up in the final running of the race, knew there was something wrong.
