I rate McGoldrick....highly in fact. The union bullshit was taking it a bit too far...but whenever they get a decent player (i.e. a league player) they are all over it like a rash.

I just remember McGoldrick's 01-02 Premmy League performances...classy player.

2UE just announced Bailey was selected in the centres and Lomu the second row. They didnt give the team.

I'm interested to see who they pick in the front row. 1200 sharkettes assured us it wouldn't be Lomu. Bailey in the centres doesn't bother me, some of you have far too short a memory, when Vagana is back they'll swap him back into the pack, nothing to worry about. McGoldrick will be a big boost in depth for us this year and could see alot of first grade on the wing but I'd take Franze ahead of him in the centres.

I'm also interested to see whether they pick Russo or not, he looks the goods to me.
