How did the Magpies go? I would of went but Iron Maiden comes first. Awesome show at the Acer Arena.

I'm sorry i missed it, how was the day at Cabra yesterday?

Was a good day. I actually drove down to Ulladulla for the NYC U20's trial between WT and Raiders in the morning to see the NYC squads have their first hit-out. Then hammered back up the freeway to catch around 4hrs of the 9's tournament. Good day and good turn out to both events. BRET(who went through undefeated) belted the Magpies out of the tournament in the semi-final. The Mounties team(who i assume is a Parramatta feeder club) only lost out to Fiji in the Trophy final, showed a lot of future prospects there also.

Do you know who Mounties are in affiliation with now?

The Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers team is:
Lee Bennett
Lewis Brown
Bill Callaway
Jarrod Farlow
David Gower
Rod Griffin
Rhys Hanbury
Stephen Moses
Mick Moran
Jack Rampling
Allan Shirnack
Ryan Tandy
Chris Tuatara
Brendon Vengoa
Maguel Start
Adam Bennett

although there was slight changes to the line-up, but that was pretty much the whole core of the team.

cheers..side looks handy.

as far as I'm aware no one, they even had doubts as to whether they'd field a JB Cup side.

Just goes to show....last year it was WestsTigers who entered a team into the 7's tournament and came runners up in the final. This year in the 9's tournament, the two merged clubs split and both entered a team and Balmain Ryde-Eastwood Tigers win it. Simple equation of statistics clearly shows it was the Western Suburb Magpies holding them back. :D
